Breaking news: Ohio state fans riot against the approved Football ticket prices for 2024…..
The Ohio State University Board of Trustees approved ticket prices for the Buckeyes’ eight-game, 2024 home football season Thursday.
The season features Big Ten matchups against Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska and Purdue plus a showdown against arch-rival Michigan to close out the season.
Trustees also approved a plan to allow the Department of Athletics to finalize football ticket price ranges for two future seasons – 2025 and 2026 – and approved an increase in membership dues for the Ohio State Golf Course.
Season ticket prices for the 2024 football season will increase from 2023 in part because of an eight-game home schedule versus a six-game home schedule this year. Season ticket prices for the general public will start at $596 for seats in Zone 6 and increase to $1,365 in Zone 1.
Single-game prices in Zone 6 will be less than $92 for seven of the eight home games, with prices starting as low as $46. Prices for the premier game on the schedule – Nov. 30 versus Michigan – will start at $192.
Student ticket prices for the 2024 season will increase by $2 for non-conference games and $4 for conference games. This is the first student ticket price increase since the 2013 season, and this price per game change will remain for the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
